I

I was born in Lebanon and moved to Dubai in 2001, where I spent 14 years building a career in advertising.

In 2015, a major financial and personal crisis changed the direction of my life.

 

After years of therapy and inner work, I was still struggling with patterns I couldn't seem to break. Looking for a different way to understand myself, I discovered ThetaHealing — an experience that opened an entirely new chapter in my life.

In 2016, I left the corporate world and dedicated myself fully to becoming a ThetaHealing practitioner and instructor. Since then, I have worked with people from different countries through private sessions, trainings and seminars, both in person and online.

​

My interest in alignment and soul purpose eventually led me to create and write True Alignment With Your Soul Purpose, a ThetaHealing elective that was officially approved by Vianna Stibal and the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge in 2019.

I have since taught the course internationally, including in the USA, Japan, Brazil and Finland, as well as online to students around the world.

Over the years, my work has continued to evolve through the people I've worked with, the things I've taught, and the experiences I've had to live through myself. I've become increasingly interested not only in healing and spirituality, but in the deeper questions underneath them: purpose, alignment, meaning, transformation and what it means to be human.

 

Today, I am based in Lebanon and continue to teach internationally in English and Arabic.

Today, my work continues to evolve through everything I have lived, taught and experienced. After years of working with people around spirituality, healing, purpose and alignment, I have become increasingly interested in the deeper questions behind the work: what it means to find meaning, stay connected to ourselves through difficult times, and remain human while growing spiritually. I continue to teach internationally, speak, learn and explore these questions through my own life and through the people I meet along the way.
